Bahrain firm acquires stake in Anant Raj subsidiary
New Delhi, Jun 27 (UNI) Anant Raj Industries Ltd today said it has entered into a joint venture with Bahrain-based Development Fund company Acacia Real Estate Ltd for a sum of Rs 216.38 crore.
Acacia Real Estate Ltd will acquire stake in one of its wholly owned subsidiary, Anant Raj Projects Pvt Ltd, a company statement said.
