Tulip Telecom FY08 net up 87.64% at Rs 187.1 cr

New Delhi, June 26 (UNI) Tulip Telecom Ltd, the country's leading enterprise communications service provider, today said its net profit for the year ended March 2008 has increased 87.64 per cent to Rs 187.1 crore as compared to Rs 99.71 crore in the previous fiscal.

The company said in a statement that its net sales stood at Rs 1,242 crore for FY08 as against Rs 844.92 crore during FY07, registering an increase of 46.99 per cent.

Tulip has three data centres in the country-- one in Delhi and two in Mumbai. Its customers' list includes major BFSI companies big corporates, and its data network has the largest reach of over 1,200 locations in India.
