ICRA Ltd inks MoU with VGP

New Delhi, Jun 26: Rating agency ICRA Ltd on Thursday, June 26 said its wholly-owned subsidiary ICRA Management Consulting Services Ltd (IMaCS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Virtus Global Partners Inc to offer advisory and consulting services in India and the United States.

''The MoU between IMaCS and VGP enables both the parties to pool their expertise in their home bases and their complementary skills in consulting and investment banking to offer a strong value proposition to clients in India and the US,'' the company said in a statement. VGP, a financial and business advisory firm based in New York, focusses on advising clients in the US, who are seeking to invest or make acquisitions in India or vice versa.
