Cases against Gujjars being scrutinised: Agrawal
Jaipur, Jun 26 (UNI) Legal scrutiny is being undertaken to explore feasibility for the withdrawal of the cases filed against Gujjar activists during their agitation since May 23, BJP Treasurer and Rajya Sabha MP Ramdas Agrawal said.
Mr Agrawal said there were some cases which could be considered for withdrawal at the state government's level whereas some cases were already sub judice and any decision on the withdrawal of such cases could be done by the court concerned.
Besides, there were some other cases of serious nature and the state government had not given any assurance to the Gujjar leaders in respect of such cases.
Law would take its course in such cases, Mr Agrawal added.
