TNHCPA urges CM to take steps to boost agri sector
Tiruchirapalli, Jun 25 (UNI) The Tamil Nadu Horticultural Crops Producers Association (TNHCPA) has urged Chief Minister M Karunanidhi to find ways to boost the sagging agriculture sector in the state.
In memorandum to Chief Minister, Association State President Puliyur A Nagarajan said Mr Karunanidhi should immediately take suitable measures to protect the agriculture sector.
He urged Mr Karunanidhi to use his good offices with the Union Government to ensure that the entire loan of farmers were waived off without discriminating small and marginal peasants.
