Tech Mahindra inks deal with Telecom Fiji
New Delhi, Jun 25 (UNI) Tech Mahindra, the country's leading software exporter, today said it has signed a multi-million dollar deal with telecom services provider Telecom Fiji Ltd (TFL) with a view to expand its business in the Asia Pacific region.
Under the agreement, Tech Mahindra will implement a transformation programme for Telecom Fiji, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Amalgamated Telecom Holdings (ATH) Group of Companies, in the OSS and BSS domain for a period of 15 months, the company said in a statement.
Tech Mahindra, which is already operating in Australia and New Zealand, will use its library of world-class solution frameworks and system integration expertise to set up transformation office, business process rationalisation on eTOM framework, implementation of OSS and BSS COTS for order management, service provisioning, network and service assurance, billing, alarm management and performance management among others, it added.
