IndusInd Bank raises USD 51.73 mn via GDR issue

Mumbai, Jun 25: Private sector lender IndusInd Bank today said it has raised 51.73 million US Dollar, around Rs 222 crore, through issue of 35.2 million Global Depository Receipts (GDR) at USD 1.47 each.

Each GDR represents one equity share of the bank, the Bank stated in a release.
