Train services disrupted on South Eastern Railway
Kolkata, Jun 24 (UNI) Train services in the Digha-Shalimar section of South-Eastern Railway (SER) remained affected today as two trains were cancelled following an agitation by flood victims.
SER sources informed that train services on the section were disrupted due to an agitation launched by the flood-affected local people to demand relief materials between the Deshpran-Labansatyagraha halt since 1830 hours yesterday.
The Shalimar-Digha Santragachi express and Santragachi-Digha DMU Passenger were cancelled, the sources added.
