LJP MP Surajbhan Singh convicted in a murder case

Begusarai, Jun 24 (UNI) LJP MP from Balia Lok Sabha seat Surajbhan Singh was convicted in a murder case here today.

The Fast track court of R P Dubey convicted the MP and two other accused in the case.

The quantum of punishment would be pronounced tomorrow.

The Parliamentarian along with two other accused was sent to jail under judicial custody.

The accused had been convicted for murdering one Rami Singh at Madhurapur village under Teghra Police station in the district on Januray 16, 1992.
