CPI urges TN Govt to upgrade school
Pudukkottai, Jun 24: The Pudukkottai district unit of the CPI has urged the Tamil Nadu Government to upgrade the government girls' high school at Ponpudupatti village near Ponnamaravathy.
In a release here today, the party said though adequate site was available for construction of additional classrooms to upgrade the school into higher secondary, the Education Department was delaying the process.
The upgradation of school would benefit large number of students, it added.
