Birla Cotsyn to raise Rs 144.18 cr through IPO
New Delhi, Jun 24: Birla Cotsyn (India) Ltd, a Yash Birla Group company engaged in textile manufacturing, on Monday, June 24, said it plans to raise Rs 144.18 crore through Initial Public Offering of its equity shares to finance the setting up of an integrated textile unit in Maharashtra at a cost of Rs 320 crore.
The unit will be set up at the company's facilities in Khamgaon, Ghatanji and Malkapur. The price band for the 100 per cent book building issue, which opens on June 30 and closes on July 4, has been fixed between Rs 15-18 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each.
