Two school children killed in road mishap
Hajipur, Jun 23 (UNI) Two school children were killed and 20 injured, six of them seriously, when a jeep carrying them overturned near Shahpurdiara village under Sonpur police station in Vaishali district today.
Police said the incident took place when the driver lost control of the vehicle leading to the death of the two children on the spot.
While the seriously injured were referred to Patna Medical College Hospital, the rest had been admitted to a local hospital, police added.
Those killed in the incident were identified as Priyanka and Chanchal Kumari.
