Tech Mahindra joins hands with Telecom to deliver NGT program
Mumbai, June 23 (UNI) Tech Mahindra today announced a partnership with Telecom New Zealand (known as Telecom) to work together to deliver the Next Generation Telecom (NGT) retail transformation program.
The NGT program will redefine Telecom New Zealand's retail business, reshaping how its customers can choose to interact with it and the products it offers.
The deal is worth between USD20m - USD30m, and will see Tech Mahindra taking responsibility for program management and end to end systems integration on the NGT program, according to a Tech Mahindra release here.
The NGT program is expected to run for a number of years, with customers starting to see new products and services within two years, the release added.
The release quoted Telecom New Zealand CEO Paul Reynolds as stating, ''This deal is a significant step forward in the transformation of Telecom.
