Seven killed in lorry accident in AP
Anantapur, Jun 23: Seven people, including five students, were killed and three others injured when a lorry in which they were travelling dashed against another parked lorry near Yerraguntla Palli in Tadipatri mandal in this district today.
Tadipatri (Rural) Sub-Inspector V C Peddireddy told the sources here that while three people died on the spot, four, including the lorry driver succumbed to injuries at the Tadipatri Government Hospital.
The condition of the injured was stated to be critical and they were shifted to a hospital in Kurnool, he said.
The deceased were identified as Rajashekara Reddy, Venkata Narayana, Yella Reddy, Devendra Reddy, Suresh Reddy, lorry driver Mohan Raju (28) and Naganna (58).
