Indian Test probables to undergo week-long camp from tomorrow

Bangalore, June 23 (UNI) In all 24 probables for the Indian Test team that tour Sri Lanka in July will undergo a week-long training camp at Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) grounds beginning here from tomorrow.

They play three test matches in the emerald isles with the first match beginning on July 23.

Team India Captain Anil Kumble would be incharge of the camp in the obsence of a National Coach Gary Kristein who is with the one day squad that plays in Asia Cup in Pakistan.

The programme, according to a KSCA source, include net practice, bowling and fielding drills besides regular physicall exercise and stints at the gym.

The players attending the camp are: Anil Kumble, V V S Laxman, Rahul Dravid, Zaheer Khan, Wasim Jaffer, Harbhajan Singh, Akash Chopra, Romesh Pawar, Dinesh Karthick, S Sreesanth, Mohammed Kaif, Vinay Kumar, Vijay Kumar, Basant Monti, Mundeep Hangla, Samed Fallah, Sandi Bose, Pritamjit Das, Pankaj Singh, Munaf Patel, Yo Mahesh, Anit Mishra, Marish Parmar and Abdulla Iqbal.
