Deutsche increases stake in ICSA India Ltd to 5.08%
Hyderabad, Jun 23 (UNI) ICSA India Ltd, one of fastest growing company in the power sector, today announced that Deutsche Securities Mauritius Limited, along with its Persons acting in concert, had increased their stake in the company to 5.08 per cent (2,237,737 shares) through open market purchase.
''The growing trust and belief in the company strengthens our resolve to grow by leaps and bounds,'' ICSA (India) Ltd CMD Bala Reddy said in a statement here.
The Government of Singapore, UBS, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley were among the existing stakeholders of the company.
