'Young Manager' Award for Infotech Sr Vice-Prez

Hyderabad, Jun 23: The Hyderabad Management Association today honoured Infotech Enterprises Limited Senior Vice President and Manufacturing Business Unit Head Krishna Bodanapu with the 'Young Manager of the Year' award for the year 2008. The award was presented by Wockhardt Limited Chairman and Managing Director Habil F Khorakiwala, according to a release here. The jury conferred this award to Mr Bodanapu for his excellent contribution to Infotech's growth story in increasing revenues by 40 per cent year-on-year for the past three years.

Mr Bodanapu said ''I am extremely delighted with the honour bestowed on me. This is not just a token of my success as a Manager but an acknowledgement to the support I had from various members of my team over the last seven years of my association with Infotech. I would like to share this award with my team at Infotech.'' Mr Bodanapu was responsible for engineering services to Infotech's customers in the manufacturing vertical worldwide. He was also responsible for identifying new growth opportunities in extending current service offerings to new markets. In the manufacturing business unit, Infotech Enterprises operated in aerospace, automotive, rail transportation, marine, industrial and consumer product verticals, the release added.
