Four Cops injured in collission

Kakinada, Jun 22 (UNI) Four constables were injured, one of them critically, when a police van escorting the car in which Andhra Pradesh Minor Irrigation Minister Maganti Venkateswera Rao was travelling collided with a cement laden lorry near Yerravaram toll gate on the national highway today.

The mishap occurred when the minister was on his way back from a tour of Jaggampet constituencey.

The injured were rushed to GSL hospital near Rajanagaram. The condition of one constable Sai (34) was stated to be critical.
