CIU arrests 3 people with fake currency

Mumbai, Jun 22 (UNI) The Crime Investigation Unit (CIU) of the City police has arrested three people with fake currency worth Rs 8 lakh.

The accused, hailing from Jharkhand, suspected to be ISI agents were arrested last night from Kolkata after police received a tip off regarding the same.

The trio were produced in a local court here and have been remanded to police custody till June 26, police said.
