Special train to Ajmer sharif for annual urs

Gorakhpur, Jun 21 (UNI) Railway department has decided to ply a special train between Chapra-Ajmer to facilitate the passangers for 'Khwaja Garib Nawaz urs' (an annual festival) in Ajmer Sharif.

The train will follow the route of Siwan, Deoria, Sadar, Gorakhpur, Barabanki, Lucknow, Kanpur (central), Agra fort and Jaipur, eastern Uttar Pradesh railway sources said.

The special train number 0507 will leave the Chapra station on July 7, whereas train number 0508 will go green from Ajmer station on July 13, the sources added.

About 21 coaches, including four general, 14 sleeper, one AC-3 tier and two coaches of SLR, however, number could vary over the strength of passangers.
