MPA organises Water Aerobics Camp
Nasik, Jun 21 (UNI) The Maharashtra Police Academy (MPA) has organised a Water Aerobics Camp here from June 23 to July 22.
''The MPA took this initiative to create health awareness among people. This is for the first time in the district that water aerobics facility will be available for people at reasonable rates,'' MPA Director Sridevi Goel said at a press meet.
Joint, muscle and heart-friendly exercises, gravity-mitigated exercises will be conducted during the camp. There will be two courses, she informed.
The 15-day course would cost Rs 1,500, whereas the month-long course would be for Rs 2,500, making it much cheaper than private clubs in Mumbai, Ms Goel added.
