Manmohan Singh unable to run country's affairs smoothly: Sharad

Saharsa, Jun 21(UNI) Janata Dal (U) president Sharad Yadav today alleged that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was unable to run the affairs of the country leading to failure of the UPA government on all fronts.

Mr Yadav told mediapersons here that the common man was suffering the most following steep hike in prices of essential commodities as the Centre had failed to take concrete steps for providing relief to the masses.

'' Development would be the main issue in the next Lok Sabha elections and our party would expose the failures of the UPA government in checking price rise of essential commodities,'' he said.

Early Lok Sabha election was the only solution to the problems of the country as the present regime at the Centre was not able to deal with the situation efficiently, Mr Yadav maintained.

Restoration of democracy in Nepal was good for India, he said and exuded confidence that the new government in neighbouring country would also redress the grievances of Madhesis(Indians living in Nepal since long).
