Kamal Thapa predicts political disaster in Nepal

Kathmandu, Jun 21: Kamal Thapa, president of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP-Nepal), has warned of political disaster in the country within six months to five years. Nepalnews quoted Thapa as saying that the threat of political disaster has not ended with the monarchy. I urge party workers to remain alert about the disaster.

Addressing his party workers on Friday, June 20 Thapa said that his party has not abandoned its policies and programmes even after the establishment of republic in Nepal. He also thanked former-King Gyanendra for averting bloodshed in the country by gracefully exiting. Thapa also predicted a new tussle between democratic and ultra leftist forces in Nepal.
