14 get life sentence in murder case

Lakhisarai, Jun 21 (UNI) A local fast track court awarded life imprisonment to 14 accused, including a sarpanch of Jankidih Beldariya panchayat of Chanan block-- Kapil Deo Yadav and a cop of Bihar police Shankar Sao, in connection with a murder case here.

The fast track court of R K Choubey awarded the sentences yesterday.

As per the case, the accused had shot dead Chote lal Bind of Jankidih Beldariya on December 17, 1991, following land dispute.
