Spanco Telesystems forms JV with US firm
New Delhi, Jun 20 (UNI) Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Ltd today said it has entered into a joint venture (JV) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Spanco BPO Ventures Ltd with the US-based MRS Inc.
The JV -- MRS BPO LLC -- will be set up in New Jersey.
The company will operate international BPO and call centre business and other related activities.
