Parsvnath Q4 net dips to Rs 108.87 cr

New Delhi, Jun 20: Real estate major Parsvnath Developers Ltd today said its profit after tax has dipped to Rs 108.87 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 132.43 crore for the same quarter a year ago.

Total income, however, increased 31.04 per cent to Rs 540.21 crore for Q4 FY08 from Rs 412.23 crore for Q4 FY07. Its net profit stood at Rs 408.73 crore for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 271.77 crore for the previous fiscal, up 50.39 per cent.

Total income also has 42.13 increased per cent to Rs 1792.24 crore for FY08 from Rs 1260.98 crore during FY07. The Group posted a net profit of Rs 424.39 crore for FY08 as compared to Rs 292.21 crore for FY07, up 424.39 per cent.

Total income also went up 19.72 per cent to Rs 1837.12 crore for the year ended March 2008 as against Rs 1534.50 crore for the previous fiscal.
