NTPC forms JV company with Bharat Forge
New Delhi, Jun 20 (UNI) National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC) today said it has formed a Joint Venture (JV) company with Bharat Forge Ltd (BFL).
The JV company will be known as ''BF-NTPC Energy Systems Ltd'' and the facility will take up manufacturing of castings, forgings, fittings and high pressure piping required for power projects and other industries, Balande of Plant (BoP) equipment for the power sector.
NTPC will hold 49 per cent stake, while Bharat Forge Ltd shall hold 51 per cent of the equity share capital of this company.
