K'taka CM dashes letter to PM on fertilisers release
Bangalore, Jun 20 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa today urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for urgent release of state's quota of fertilisers in the wake of severe shortage of the farm input, which had led to widespread agitation by the farmers.
In a letter to the Prime Minister, he said the state had received only 40,927 mt of DAP and 41,928 mt Complex fertilisers so far.
