Sintex Industries acquires network service of Digvijay Comm
New Delhi, Jun 18 (UNI) Sintex Industries Ltd today said it has bought the network services and tower manufacturing businesses of Digvijay Communication and Network Pvt Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
The company has acquired network services and tower manufacturing business of Digvijay Communication and Network Pvt Ltd through its 74 per cent subsidiary, Zeppelin Mobile Systems India Ltd on slump sale basis, it said in a statement.
