President to visit Indore on June 27

Indore, Jun 18 (UNI) President Pratibha Devisingh Patil would arrive here on a two-day visit on June 27.

Preparations have begun for welcoming the President. Collector Rakesh Srivastava and Superintendent of Police R K Choudhary held discussion in this regard with officials concerned and organisers of the proposed programmes yesterday.

After arriving here on June 27 evening, the President would visit Choithram Netralaya and inaugurate media building of the Devi Ahilyabai University.

She would also visit temple town Ujjain next morning and would return to Indore to take part as chief guest in the programmes of 'Madhya Bharat Hindi Sahitya Samiti' and Indur Paraspar Cooperative Bank. President Pratibha Patil would leave for New Delhi on the night of June 28.
