President to arrive on two-day visit to Indore

Indore, June 18 (UNI) President Pratibha Patil would arrive here on a two-day visit on June 27.

Preparations have begun for welcoming the President in view of her two-day visit. Collector Rakesh Srivastava and Superintendent of Police R K Choudhary held discussion in this regard with concerned officials and organisers of the proposed programmes yesterday.

After arriving here on June 27 evening, Ms Patil would visit Choithram Netralaya and inaugurate media building of the Devi Ahilyabai University. She would halt in Indore during night.

The President would visit temple town Ujjain next morning from where she would return to Indore and take part as chief guest in the programmes of 'Madhya Bharat Hindi Sahitya Samiti' and Indur Paraspar Cooperative Bank. She would leave for New Delhi on the night of June 28.
