Hubli, Jun 18 (UNI) A Judicial Magistrate of the First Class Court here today extended the judicial remand of all the eleven terror suspects, arrested in Karnataka early this year, till July two.

The suspects, lodged in Hindalaga prison in Belgaum and the sub-jail here, were produced before the court.

The CoD, which had taken custody of four suspects -- Mohammad Yasin, Mohammad Ansari, Manroj Jama and P A Shadoli--lodged in Indore Jail, produced them before the court.

The other suspects Mohammad Asif, Asudulha Abubakkar, Riyazuddin, Shakeel Mali, Yayha, Allabaksh Yadawad and Sameer Siddiqui were produced before the court amid tight security. The arrested included suspected Lashkar-e-Toiba and SIMI operatives.

Advocate for the arrested, A A Savanur, submitted before the court that the case be transferred to the Sessions Court under Section 209 of the CrPC. The Judge posted the case for hearing to June 25.

The Judge also posted for hearing the bail applications of Mohammad Asif, Asadulha Abubakkar, Yayha and Riyazuddin to June 21.

The arrested were initially charged with hatching plans to trigger blasts in Karnataka and Goa.

The chance arrest of Asadulha and Riyazuddin in Honnali of Davangare district, when they were found riding a stolen two-wheeler belonging to Goa, had led to the other arrests.
