HSIIDC offers flatted factories in Faridabad

Chandigarh, Jun 18 (UNI) The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has invited applications from entrepreneurs planning to set up industries involving stream specific lightweight machinery for allotment of flatted factories on free hold basis at Sector 59, Faridabad.

Stating this here today, a of HSIIDC spokesman said that out of a total of 40 units, 10 per cent were reserved for NRI/PIO and two per cent for physically handicapped persons.

He said tentative cost per unit would be Rs 28.50 lakh.

The use of ground floor, first and second floor was restricted only for categorised industries taking into consideration the size of hall, slab design limitations etc.

The spokesman said applications on prescribed form along with copy of the project report, supporting documents, earnest money and processing fee of Rs 5000 (non refundable) should be submitted by June 27.

Allotment would be made keeping in view the technical feasibility and economic viability of the project, he added.
