Ban on fishing in C'garh
Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, Jun 18 (UNI) A ban has been put on fishing in rivers, ponds and other water resources in Chhattisgarh in view of Monsoon being breeding season for fish, official sources said today.
The ban on fishing would remain in force up to August 15.
Violators could face one year rigorous imprisonment or fine of up to Rs 5,000.
