Proclamation notice against PMCH doctors

Patna, Jun 17 (UNI) The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate(CJM) of Patna Raghvendra Singh today issued proclamation notice against six doctors of Patna Medical College and Hospital(MPCH).

They had been evading arrest in the journalist assault case.

The proclamation notices were issued against the doctors on their different residential addresses in West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh Jharkhand and Bihar. They were also directed to appear in the case within a month.

It was to be noted that some photo journalists were brutally assaulted by the employees and doctors of PMCH when they went there to snap the ongoing strike of junior doctors.
