Fraudster arrested

Hyderabad, June 17 (UNI) The Commissioner's Task Force North Zone today apprehended a notorious fraudster, who cheated banks with fake documents causing lakhs of rupees loss to them.

Police said B Durga Prasad along with Srinivas floated a bogus software firm in the name of 'Linx Wireless Services limited' and fabricated pay slips which were used to obtain personal loans and credit cards.

The accused withdrew lakhs of rupees from different banks and cheated them. A sum of Rs 6.5 lakh, a lap top and a cell phone were seized from his possession.
