Depression crosses Bangladesh coast

Visakhapatnam, Jun 17 (UNI) Yesterday's depression over north Bay of Bengal that moved in a northerly direction and crossed the Bangladesh coast early today, lay centered at about 130 km east south east of Kolkata.

A bulletin issued by the Cyclone Warning Centre (CWC) here said it is likely to move in a north westerly direction.

Under its influence isolated rain or thundershowers are likely over coastal Andhra Pradesh, it added.
