Bomb hoax at Nagpur railway station

Nagpur, June 17 (UNI) An anonymous call threatening to blow up the Nagpur railway station turned out to be a hoax here today.

An anonymous caller contacted the police control room this morning and threatened to blow up the railway station. The caller said a bomb would go off in the afternoon in the building, police said.

The bomb squad swung into action and carried out a thorough check of the railway station premises but found nothing suspicious, police added.
