Grover murder case: Susairaj, Mathew remanded in judicial custody

Mumbai, Jun 16 (UNI) A local court today remanded Kannada actress Mariah Monica Susairaj and her boyfriend Jerome Emile Mathew, a Naval officer, to judicial custody till June 30 for their alleged involvement in the murder of Neeraj Grover, a top executive of Synergy Adlabs.

Both of them, who were in police custody, were remanded into judicial custody through video conferencing.

According to prosecution, Mathew had allegedly stabbed Grover with a kitchen knife and then cut the body into 300 pieces. Later, the duo allegedly stuffed the body parts into three bags and destroyed them by setting the bags ablaze at Manor in Thane district.

It may be noted that Susairaj allegedly had sexual relations with Grover to bag a role in Hindi teleserial. Grover's company was producing Shah Rukh Khan anchored 'Kya Aap Panchvi Pas Se Tez Hai'.

Prior to this job, he was a creative head of Balaji Telefilms.
