'Set Alight' wins the Fillies Trial Stakes (Grade I)

Bangalore, Jun 15(UNI) Hot favourite "Set Alight", ridden by M Narredu won the Fillies Trial Stakes (Grade I), with better timing of one minute and 36.60 seconds (Earlier 1.37.70) in 2006 the main event of the Bangalore Summer meeting held here today.

The winner is the property of Dr Vijay Mallya, representing United Racing and Blood Stock breeders limited and trained by P Shroff.

Jockey K P G Appu had a fine treble in a row while only three favourites obliged the punters in a card of seven events.
