Rapist held in UP district

Kaushambi, June 14 (UNI) Police today arrested prime accused in a rape case of a minor in eastern Sareera area of the district.

On June 12, a 15-yr-old girl was criminally assaulted by a group of men. Bablu and Veerendra were the main accused in the crime, police said.

However, police has nabbed Bablu and launched a manhunt to arrest his accomplices.

The arrested had been sent to jail, the police added.
