Gujjar agitation disrupts train services

New Delhi, Jun 14 (UNI) Many trains were diverted or cancelled today in the wake of agitation by the Gujjar Samaj Mahapanchayat Samiti and wide scale public disturbance in Rajasthan.

Among the trains cancelled are 2954/2953 August Kranti Express, 9019A/9020A Nimach Link Express, 2963/2964 Intrercity Exp, 2416/2415 H Nizamuddin-Indore Intercity Express, 2909 Bandra Garib Rath, 9038/9039 Gorakpur-Bandra Avadh express, 2918 H Nizamuddin-Ahmedabad Gujrat Sampark Kranti.

As a result of the onngoing agitation by the Gujjar community, many trains were also diverted. Among those diverted are 2952 Mumbai Rajdhani, 2925 Paschim Express, 2472 JammuTawi, 2904 Amritsar-Mumbai express. They have all been diverted to Mathura-Jhansi-Bhopal route.
