Special train between Howrah and Mumbai
Nagpur, June 13 (UNI) South-Eastern Railway (SER) has decided to run a special weekly train between Howrah and Mumbai during this month to clear the holiday rush.
The train will leave Howrah every Wednesday, reaching Mumbai CST the next day, according to a Central Railway press release here.
It will leave Mumbai every Friday, reaching Howrah on Saturday, it said.
The 0860 Howrah-Mumbai special train will run on June 18 and 25, and the 0859 Mumbai-Howrah train on June 20 and 27.
The 0860 special train will leave Howrah at 1435 hrs on Wednesdays, while the 0859 special will leave Mumbai at 1105 hrs on Fridays. It will have 19 coaches, including two air-conditioned 2-tier and AC 3-tier coaches each, 10 sleeper class, 2 unreserved, 2 brake vans and 1 pantry car, the release added.
