Shiv Sena holds demonstration

Nashik, Jun 13 (UNI) Shiv Sena activists today staged a demonstration against the rising inflation in Dwarka Chowk area of the city.

The activists, led by party leader Shivaji Bhor, burnt a symbolic effigy of inflation and shouted slogans against policies of the government.

As many as 19 agitators were arrested and later released by the police.

Later, some Shiv Sainiks also tried to stage a ''Rasta Roko'' agitation near Fame Multiplex on Nashik-Pune Highway and burnt the effigy, police said.
