Implementation of 'Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna' reviewed
Chandigarh, Jun 13 (UNI) Mr P Ram, Principal Secretary, Labour today reviewed the implementation of 'Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna' in Punjab.
In a review meeting held here today, it was decided that more public hospitals would be included under the preview of the scheme.
To make this national scheme a grand success the state government would also launch campaign to educate the workers regarding benefits of this scheme.
Prominent amongst those who participated in the meeting included Secretary Health TR Sarangal, Special Secretary Finance D K Tiwari, Special Secretary Social Security V K Sharma, Administrative Officer, Information and Public Relations Puneet Goyal and representatives of Cooperation, Rural Development and Panchayats Departments and also of Punjab Health System Corporation.
