Idea launches new STD pack for Himachal

''The recharge card of Rs 31 will allow a subscriber new STD rate of Re one with a validity of 30 days,'' company's state circle head Peter Cherian said in a release here. He said the company was offering best value to its subscribers and was a front runner in introducing innovative tariff plans catering to their needs. Idea Cellular, a GSM mobile service provider, has licenses to operate in all the 22 circles across the country with a customer base of 26 million in 11 operational circles.
