Hanks gets the bride to the church on time!

London, June 13 : Tom Hanks leaped into action to make sure an Italian bride got to the church on time.

The last thing that Natalie Moore expected when on her way to the church in Rome, was to be caught up in traffic because of film crews closing roads for shooting of Hanks' new flick 'Angels and Demons'.

Hanks however, made sure that Natalie didn't get late for her own wedding by rushing off the set to escort her and her father to the ceremony, reports The Sun.

And, he even carried the train of the blushing bride's gown.

Once Natalie and her father were safely across the road, it was back to business for the actor, who continued on with shooting with co-star Ayelet Zurer.
