Gold August and October contract decline

Mumbai, Jun 13 (UNI) Gold August and October contracts declined 0.89 pc each to Rs 12,000 and Rs 12,053 per 10 grams respectively at the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) today.

Silver July 08 contract and September 08 contract fell by 1.08 pc each to Rs 23,173 and 23,341 per kg respectively.

Aluminium June 08 contract rose by 0.64 pc to Rs 125.25 per kg and copper November 08 contract by 0.55 pc to Rs 336.70 per kg. Zinc August 08 contract rose by 0.97 pc to Rs 83.55 per kg. Lead July 08 contract was down by 1.62 pc to Rs 78.80 per kg.

Only crude oil September 08 contract improved by 1.84 pc to Rs 5818 per barrel.

Turmeric June 08 contract was up 1.12 pc to Rs 4159 per quintal.

August 08 contract 1.89 pc to Rs 1507 per quintal. Mentha oil August 08 contract was up by 1.44 pc to Rs 487.20 per kg. Jute July 08 contract fell by 1.15 pc to Rs 1549.50 per quintal, a MCX release said.
