British men are masters of music fibs

London, June 13 : It seems that British men are big fibbers, when it comes to revealing the songs in their music collection.

A new survey has shown that half of men over 30 lie about what songs are in their music collection.

Forty-six per cent of 30 to 65-year-olds pretend to have the latest hit by a trendy artist to make an impression on kids or friends, reports The Sun.

According to the survey of 1,000 men by digital music store eMusic, biggest liars are in the 30 to 34 group, where the number who tell porkies rises to 51 per cent.

Men in London lie the most at 65 per cent and those in East Anglia the least at 29 per cent, the poll showed.
