BJP rally on two-wheelers to protest against price rise

New Delhi, June 13 : Activists of youth brigade of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) took out a two-wheeler rally here today to protest against the rising prices of fuel and other essential commodities in the country.

The BJP activists took out the rally from Raj Ghat (Mahatma Gandhi's memorial) to the Legislative Assembly. They raised slogans and held placards against the Central Government.

On June 4 the Central Government had increased the price of petrol and diesel by about 10 per cent and the price of cooking gas by 17 per cent, the biggest hike in fuel prices in 12 years.
